RQOTHD: How many U.S. Presidents are buried at Arlington National Cemetery?
A: Two. Name them.
The Online Community that I selected for the second 23 Things Kansas assignment is Facebook. I suppose what I like most about Facebook is number of people who are connected.
I have used Facebook to share vacation photos with my fellow vacationers and keep in touch with friends who have moved away.
The Wichita Public Library has a Facebook page. I am a follower. (Fan?)
I linked to Facebook when I put the blog together. Click the adorable puggle on the right to go there.

BOC: ***
Sorry, No RQOTD today. Crazy busy with school tours everyday this week and most of next. Kids doing research papers are everywhere. I was submitting next week’s meeting room schedule to the library’s weekly newsletter that includes the "Holy Savior” in the Patio room on Wednesday. Thinking I should have included “school”.

Week One: Blogging
BOC: **
City of Wichita (my employer), has hired a company to provide “wellness coaches” for their employee’s. Mostly they drag around little crates luggage style, and ask if you want them to check your blood pressure or body mass index. Today we took a health assessment questionnaire. With my poor diet and bad habits, I wouldn’t be surprised if mine were to come back telling me that I can expect end of life Tuesday. More on that later.
My breakthrough is that I was able to come up with a gimmick for my blog posts. Coming from the camp of “nobody cares what you had for lunch”, I have decided post the reference question of the day. Here goes:
RQOTD: Which bread has a lower gylceimic index score, pumpernickel or whole grain wheat?
A. Pumpernickel with a score of 41. Wheat is a 50. Both are listed as “low” on the GI.
One failure I experienced was I did not succeed in aligning the photos of my puppies side by side. I will figure it out eventually. Post a comment if you have any ideas.
